Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your COLLECT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed packing slip to help our team identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
